How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Processing takes 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after that.

What if I don't like the pillow?

We offer a 100-night risk-free trial. If the Spinovex isn't right for you, contact us at hello@spinovex.com within 100 nights for a full refund. We recommend trying it for at least 14 nights to allow your body to adjust.

What sleeping positions does it work for?

The Spinovex™ is designed for both back and side sleepers. The contoured shape provides proper cervical support regardless of your preferred sleeping position.

How do I wash the pillow?

The pillow comes with a removable, breathable, hypoallergenic cover. Machine wash the cover at 86°F (30°C) on a delicate cycle. Do not spin dry — let it air dry naturally. The memory foam core should not be machine washed.
