Orders & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Your order is confirmed by email once payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

Pricing errors: if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund before shipment.

Shipping, customs & import fees

We ship within the United States only. All customs duties and import fees are prepaid by us — you will never be asked to pay anything extra at delivery. Delivery times and rates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Product information

Our products are comfort and wellness aids, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional for persistent pain. We work to keep product descriptions accurate, but minor variations (e.g. color rendering) may occur.

Limited Warranty (1 year)

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the delivery date, under normal household use. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care. If a covered defect appears, email hello@spinovex.com with your order number and a photo; we will replace the product or refund it — your choice.

Any implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) is the property of the site owner and may not be reproduced without permission.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (carrier disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, etc.).

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you shop as a consumer, you always keep any mandatory protections granted by the consumer laws of your country or state of residence. If you have any issue, contact us first at hello@spinovex.com — we resolve almost everything within 24 hours.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site. We may update them from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
