Every Spinovex™ pillow comes with a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial.
If you’re not satisfied within 100 nights of delivery, contact us at hello@spinovex.com with your order number and we’ll issue a full refund — no gimmicks, no fine print. We recommend trying the pillow for at least 14 nights so your body can adjust to proper cervical alignment.
How to start a return

- We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Warranty
