Refund & Returns Policy

Every Spinovex™ order comes with a 100-Night Risk-Free Trial, starting the day your order is delivered.

If you’re not satisfied within 100 nights of delivery, contact us at hello@spinovex.com with your order number and we’ll issue a full refund — no gimmicks, no fine print. We recommend trying the pillow for at least 14 nights so your body can adjust to proper cervical alignment.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@spinovex.com with your order number.
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions — return shipping is free.
3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Warranty

All products additionally carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — email us a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or a refund — no return needed.
